The Architecture of Containment is a poetry anthology featuring new work by leading Irish poets including Jane Clarke, John W. Sexton, and Eileen Sheehan in response to the paintings of Janet Graham engaging with Ireland’s history of institutional control, including the Magdalene Laundries and Mother & Baby Homes.
